About Seth


 

Seth holds his Master’s in Social Work from Sacramento State and has over 15 years working in mental health and counseling with a focus on teens and adults.  

Having spent years as a counselor in high schools and in the non-profit sector, Seth has extensive experience working with people of all backgrounds struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and substance abuse.

Seth’s strengths-based therapeutic approach pulls from Narrative Therapy, CBT, Behavioral Interventions, and person-centered approaches.  

Seth values growth and self understanding and he believes cultivating a relationship and forming trust is the best path to reaching your personal and emotional goals.   Working together to understand, align, and grow in a safe and open-hearted environment is fundamental to his practice.

A lifelong soccer fan, dog owner, and lover of the city of Portland, Seth feels very privileged to do the work he does and is passionate about being a part of your therapeutic journey.
